Putnam Valley Pediatrics is happy to announce its new parent resource MedsLine. There are two means of accessing this service.  If your child receives any chronic medication, you can now either a) dial our automated telephone service line (845) 526-3839 at any time, day or night, and leave a message requesting a renewal or refill of your child's prescription medication, or b) you may simply mouse-click on the link below and fill out a electronic form for on-line submission.

We will need your child's name, the name and dosage of the medication, your choice of brand or generic, and whether you intend to pick up the prescription or wish to have the prescription mailed to you at your home address. Please leave a daytime telephone number where we can reach you if we have any questions; you may also leave a short message for our staff if you have any special concerns.

These requests are checked each weekday at 8AM and 1PM. All prescriptions will be available for pick-up the the following day. If the prescription is to be mailed, be sure to submit your requests early and allow adequate time for postal delivery, usually 3-4 days.
